Software Developer Supervisor

Salary: ฿30,000 – ฿45,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Software Developer Supervisor (Full Stack: Laravel & Next.js or React.js)

Backend Development:

• Design and develop APIs using the Laravel framework.

• Develop and maintain database structures (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

• Write code to support new features and resolve existing system issues.

• Manage authentication and authorization systems (e.g., Laravel Sanctum, Passport).

Frontend Development:

• Develop and maintain the frontend system using Next.js or React.js.

• Create responsive UI/UX designs that enhance user experience.

• Utilize component libraries such as Material-UI, TailwindCSS, or Bootstrap.

• Connect to APIs and manage state using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

Full Stack Integration:

• Seamlessly integrate the frontend and backend systems.

• Test and optimize the system for performance and security.

• Utilize Git and GitHub/GitLab for project version control.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to design and develop new features based on customer requirements.

• Debug and optimize the system for better performance.

• Continuously learn new technologies and take on additional assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-stack software development, with hands-on experience in Laravel and Next.js or React.js.

• Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework, including RESTful API development, database management, authentication, and authorization.

• Solid experience in frontend development using Next.js or React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Familiarity with frontend styling frameworks and component libraries, such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.

• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

• Proficiency in Git and collaborative version control platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.

• Strong understanding of software development best practices, clean code principles, system architecture, application security, and performance optimization.

• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and maintaining web applications.

• Previous experience in team supervision, task assignment, code reviews, or mentoring junior developers is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to understand business and customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies and continuously improve development processes.
