Software Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer to join our Digital Transformation team and help build, integrate and improve technology solutions that support our business operations.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving real business problems through technology. You will work on a combination of in-house application development, third-party SaaS integrations, API connectivity and process automation, working closely with business and operations teams.

You will have the opportunity to work across different technologies and contribute directly to how we digitalize and automate our internal processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain internal applications, backend services and APIs.

• Build solutions using TypeScript / JavaScript and/or Python.

• Integrate third-party SaaS platforms and business systems through APIs.

• Customize and support platforms such as Jira, Zoho and other SaaS solutions.

• Develop automation solutions that reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Support integrations with communication and business platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Telegram and WhatsApp.

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

• Support database design, data processing and system integrations.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's internal operations platform.

• Maintain technical documentation and participate in testing, code reviews and production support.

• Support digital transformation initiatives across different business functions.

What We’re Looking For

Must-have requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience.

• Working knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript and/or Python.

• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.

• Comfortable working with and customizing third-party SaaS platforms, such as Jira, Zoho or similar business applications.

• Able to understand business processes and develop practical technology solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Good to have:

• Experience with Node.js.

• Exposure to React or other modern frontend frameworks.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and SQL databases.

• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform, AWS or Azure.

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD or deployment pipelines.

• Experience with workflow automation tools.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and business productivity platforms.

• Good command of English.
