Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, client-focused applications. Key Responsibilities- Analyze & Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, UX designers, stakeholders) to define project specifications and architectural solutions.
- Write Code: Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code utilizing modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
- Test & Debug: Perform unit testing and resolve defects across development, staging, and production environments.
- Maintain & Scale: Troubleshoot existing systems, update applications, and integrate third‑party APIs to optimize software performance.
- Document: Prepare technical documentation for application architecture, operational procedures, and future upgrades
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in software development and the full software development life-cycle (SDLC).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of backend/frontend technologies (such as React, Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Core Competencies: Solid understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), database management (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, effective communication with non-technical stakeholders, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
