Software Developer
Description
Position Summary:
The Software Developer (Level 3) independently designs, implements, and maintains software solutions of moderate complexity. The role requires consistent delivery, strong problem-solving, and effective collaboration across the team to support product and engineering goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement features and enhancements with limited supervision
• Translate business and technical requirements into working solutions
• Ensure code quality through testing, refactoring, and adherence to best practices
• Diagnose and resolve defects and performance issues
• Participate in code reviews as an active contributor and reviewer
• Contribute to improving team processes, tooling, and standards
• Support production systems and contribute to incident resolution when needed
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong coding skills in at least one core language/stack
• Working knowledge of system design principles and software architecture basics
• Proficiency with testing, debugging, and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to estimate and deliver tasks reliably
• Strong ownership, accountability, and collaboration skills
