Job Summary

You will support and improve Whole-of-Government identity services by applying expertise in identity and access management, platform engineering, and automation to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient identity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions using directory and identity services such as Active Directory, LDAP, AD FS, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Apply knowledge of identity and federation protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect to integrate and secure identity platforms
• Develop and automate identity management tasks using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting technologies
• Analyze and troubleshoot identity platform issues to ensure continuous, reliable service operation
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support and enhance Whole-of-Government identity services
• Ensure compliance with identity governance, access management policies, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate technical information clearly in both written and verbal formats to diverse audiences
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for identity service operations and platform engineering

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
• Relevant Azure, AWS, or DevOps certifications
• Experience supporting identity federation or shared identity platforms across multiple organizations or agencies
• Knowledge of Singapore Government identity platforms and experience designing and integrating identity solutions in government, regulated, or large enterprise environments
