Role Overview

We are looking for an AI-Native Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building and deploying end-to-end web applications using modern frontend, backend, and AI technologies. The candidate should be comfortable using AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js or Python.
• Build responsive user interfaces, backend services, REST APIs, and database-driven features.
• Use AI coding tools for code generation, debugging, testing, and refactoring.
• Integrate LLM APIs, third-party services, and AI-powered workflows.
• Develop AI features such as chatbots, intelligent search, and automation.
• Ensure application security, performance, and code quality.

Required Technical Skills

• Frontend: React.js / Next.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS.
• Backend: Node.js / Express.js or Python / FastAPI / Django.
• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• AI Tools: Cursor AI, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Bolt.new, Lovable, Replit AI, or ChatGPT.
• AI Integration: OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG fundamentals.
• Deployment: Git/GitHub, Docker basics, AWS / Azure / Vercel, and CI/CD fundamentals.

Required Qualifications

• 25 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Experience building and deploying complete web applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand, modify, and validate AI-generated code independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-powered SaaS products, chatbots, or automation.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Exposure to AI agents, vector databases, and RAG workflows.

Interview Requirement

Candidates must be prepared to demonstrate at least one complete application they have developed, preferably using AI-powered tools. They should be able to explain the architecture, technologies used, AI tools, challenges, and their individual contribution.
