About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to support the development and improvement of modern cloud-based applications. The successful candidate will work on AWS infrastructure, backend development, deployment automation, and AI-powered application integrations. This position requires strong technical problem-solving skills, practical cloud engineering experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable software solutions. You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to build scalable systems that support operational efficiency and product development.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Build and manage serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS Fargate, and S3
Develop and improve backend services, APIs, and cloud-based integrations
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS CloudFormation
Work with cloud databases such as DynamoDB, DocumentDB, Redis, and InfluxDB
Support the integration of large language models (LLMs), AI automation, and intelligent workflows into software applications
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve system reliability
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Maintain secure cloud infrastructure and follow software development best practices
Contribute to technical documentation, system improvements, and ongoing application development
About you
At least 6 years of professional software development or cloud engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and application development
Practical knowledge of serverless architecture, API development, and cloud infrastructure
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
Familiarity with cloud databases, including NoSQL technologies
Understanding of AI integrations, LLM-based applications, or automated workflows
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
