The Role

As a Developer and System Integrator in our growing Digital Team within Managed Solutions, you will design, develop, implement and maintain effective, scalable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and translate them into solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced professional to join the team.

• Work within agile delivery: Working independently, while aligned to weekly and daily agile governance (weekly sprints, reporting).
  
• Understand requirements: Liaising with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and with Solution Architects on functional and technical designs.
  
• Plan development: Supporting the Delivery Lead / Project Manager with scoping and estimation of development efforts.
  
• Build solutions: Development of Zoho solutions that meet business requirements.
  
• Maintain code quality: Enforcing coding standards and performing code reviews.
  
• Integrate applications: Integrating Zoho applications using APIs (REST, SOAP) and webhooks.
  
• Document designs: Developing program specifications and detailed design documents.
  
• Write unit tests: Writing unit tests and proactively resolving defects in developed solutions.
  
• Test and fix defects: Working collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs.
  
• Support applications: Providing primary support for assigned systems and applications. Providing backup support for other systems as needed.
  
• Train users: Conduct training sessions for end-users on Zoho applications and functionalities.
  

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a developer, or programming experience in Zoho or similar low-code applications.
  
• Experience with languages such as Deluge, Java and Python.
  
• Familiarity with connecting Zoho applications using APIs (REST, SOAP) and Webhooks.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience working directly with end users.
  
• Ability to analyse, understand business problems and document in a detailed design document.
  
• Experience with various testing methodologies (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing)
  
• Experience writing unit tests and proactively resolving defects.
  
• Experience with different development lifecycle methodologies (e.g. Agile)
  

Desirables:

· Front-End Development: Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge can enhance UI customization.

· Version Control: Experience with Git or similar tools for code management.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) including macros creation
