Job Description

• Lead and develop a software development team, promoting technical and professional growth. Mobile ecosystem.
• Define priorities and ensure alignment between business objectives, product roadmap, and team delivery capacity.
• Monitor performance indicators, productivity, quality, and system stability.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments, acting proactively to ensure the success of deliveries.
• Promote best practices in development, architecture, quality, security, and observability.
• Work together with Product, Business, and Technology leadership in the definition and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and evolution of the systems under your responsibility.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical areas, ensuring clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
• Conduct feedback processes, performance evaluations, individual development, and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
• The environment requires rapid adaptation to change, leadership skills, and good communication with multidisciplinary areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leading technology teams.
• Solid knowledge of software development, system architecture, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
• Ability to make decisions driven by data and indicators.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic vision and strong results orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation and fast-paced growth environments.
• Knowledge of observability, SRE, cloud, and distributed architecture.
• Experience in managing large-scale digital products.
• Experience with anti-fraud products or digital wallets.
