Software Development Engineer

Requirements:

• Genuine Agentic SDLC experience (Spec Kit, Agentic workflows, AI-assisted implementation, AI-driven code review, AI debugging, AI-generated tests, Engineering automation, Context engineering, Prompt engineering for development).
• Spec-Driven Development (Spec implementation, Design docs driving AI, Context engineering, Human review loops, Guardrails, Validation, Test-first AI workflows, Evaluation loops, AI integrated into the SDLC).
• Built design systems from scratch, Pref - B2C.
• Code Quality.
• Exposure to LLM tools like Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, Emergent.
• Java or Python: Pref - Java.
• Should Have Non-Engineering Collaboration.
• Mentoring Experience.
• Product Understanding and Business Acumen.
