What You Will Do
1 Backend Engineering
- a Design develop and maintain services using Ruby Java and Go
- b Architect scalable reliable and secure microservices and APIs
- c Implement event-driven systems and asynchronous processing pipelines
- d Optimize system performance resilience and availability
2 Collaboration amp Delivery
- a Partner with mobile web engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences
- b Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure reliability and observability
- c Participate in sprint planning system design and code reviews
3 Quality amp Best Practices
- a Build unit integration and performance tests for services
- b Ensure CI CD pipelines are integrated with automated quality gates
- c Drive technical excellence through design reviews and documentation
What You Will Need
- 4-6 years of backend development experience.
- Strong profi ciency in Ruby, Java, or Go.
- Experience with distributed systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event queues.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Nice to HaveExperience in fi ntech, payments, or transaction-heavy systems.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
