Software Development Engineer

• A generalist with at least 4 years of experience, eager to take ownership and contribute wherever necessary to make an impact.

• Leveraging GenAI tools extensively to build well-architected, robust systems.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain production-grade backend services and data infrastructure.

• Contribute to system design, architecture, and technical decision-making.

• Work with product, data, and business teams to shape new features end-to-end.

• Help establish engineering best practices as one of the earliest technical hires.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and workflows using GenAI and automation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience in a commercial environment.

• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Comfort working in a cloud environment (preferably AWS).

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile workflows.

• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute within a collaborative team environment.
