From building intuitive AI web interfaces to writing Python for geoprocessing tools and AI agents, you’ll be exposed to the full development lifecycle and cutting-edge GIS solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new UI components spanning a wide range of UX; such as Charting, Forms, Mapping Controls, Smart Mapping, Data Management and Analysis Tools
- Ensure Components meet Accessibility, Internationalization, and Localization requirements
- Assume a leading role in the public API design and documentation
- Advise in matters of software architecture and engineering
- Apply and promote good software engineering practices, such as test automation, modularization, simplification
- Evolve and maintain our build process, test automation infrastructure, and other custom tooling
- Interact with users to identify and articulate their needs. Research and apply state-of-the-art UX practices
Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation
- Must demonstrate experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, API Design, CSS Post processing, Accessibility and Internationalization
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, GIS, or a related field
