Software Development Engineer II - AEM - Financial Services Domain

About the Role :

We are hiring an AEM Developer (Engineer II) for a leading global financial services client. Location : Chennai (Hybrid). Full-time employment on our payroll.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain AEM components, editable templates, dialogs, asset workflows, metadata and tag management, and integrations with other applications.

- Work with content fragments, experience fragments, schedulers, listeners, Sling Models, and AEM administration and configuration.

- Develop front-end features using JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.

- Write code with unit test coverage (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Mocha, Karma) following design standards and patterns.

- Work with project managers to deliver on time and with high quality; collaborate with QA, UX and other teams.

- Assist in deployments to Dev, QA and Production environments.

Requirements :

- 3 - 7 years of experience, including strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5 and 2+ full-cycle AEM implementations.

- Hands-on experience with AEM 6.4 or newer.

- Experience with JCR API, Sling framework and Apache Felix OSGi (R6/R7).

- Experience with Sightly/HTL, Touch UI libraries and Adobe Core Components.

- Java/JEE, Spring and related frameworks.

- CI and build tools such as Jenkins, Maven and Selenium.

- Advanced Dispatcher and CDN caching strategies, AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM) and security best practices.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe DAM, integrating with Adobe Sites and enterprise asset management solutions.

- Experience working in Agile teams.
