- Collaborate with cross-functional partners — including product managers, technical program managers, and engineers on related teams — to align on requirements, resolve technical trade-offs, and deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor and coach engineers on your team and beyond, providing technical guidance on system design, coding practices, and career development to strengthen overall team capability.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, design patterns, and generative AI tools where appropriate to simplify systems, reduce complexity, and accelerate delivery.
