Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) – Blockchain at BairesDev
In this role, you'll build and optimize automated test suites for blockchain services and decentralized applications, ensuring correctness and reliability across API, UI, and CLI layers. With a focus on blockchain-specific testing challenges, including RPC services and distributed system behavior, you'll establish quality strategies that keep blockchain infrastructure trustworthy at scale. What You'll Do:
- Build and optimize full-stack automated test suites for blockchain services and decentralized applications.
- Test and validate blockchain RPC services and distributed system components.
- Establish blockchain-specific testing strategies and quality standards.
- Diagnose and triage issues across blockchain infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Collaborate closely with blockchain engineers to embed quality across the development lifecycle.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or test engineering.
- Proven SDET skills with experience building automated test suites across API, UI, and CLI layers.
- Hands-on experience testing blockchain services and decentralized applications.
- Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, RPC services, and distributed system behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex issues in distributed environments.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
