Software Development Engineer
Are you passionate about software development? You will have an enormous opportunity to create a new AI-driven product that will impact people’s wellness. As a Software Development Engineer, you will work and be responsible for the sleep therapy platform powering sovaSage. Great candidates for this position will have a passion for designing and deploying scalable solutions in the cloud. You will design, implement, test, and deploy the complete solution, from the front-end to the back-end to the database.
Basic Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- 3+ years experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, of JavaScript
- 1+ year experience with a functional programming language such as Clojure, Scheme, or Haskell
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Clojure/ClojureScript
- Experience with AWS cloud environment (IAM, Lambda, EC2, S3, Lambda, etc)
- Solid background in web technologies
- Ability to work both independently on ambiguous problems and in highly collaborative team environments
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
