Your Mission

- Roll out tools that teams use: Help teams adopt the tools you build, with a focus on improving their day-to-day work and delivering business impact.
- Process and tooling improvements: Examine and improve internal tooling, data flows, and processes, including end-to-end data architecture, starting with sales.
- Internal consulting on engineering practices: Advise leadership on software development benchmarks and best practices, drawing on your own experience building and delivering software.
- Cross-functional alignment: Translate between business needs and technical decisions, and communicate clearly with engineering, product, and other teams.

- Strong change management instincts - you can win over skeptical teams and make new ways of working stick.
