This role combines software engineering excellence with operational ownership. You will work closely with product, DevOps, infrastructure, and support teams to build high-quality applications, streamline deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of our platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll own

• Design, develop, and support scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using Node.js, Spring Boot, or .NET technologies.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, system integrations, and database solutions to support business-critical services.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Support application deployments, releases, upgrades, and production operations, including critical incident management.
• Enhance application observability through monitoring, logging, health checks, and performance analytics.
• Drive automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, scalability, and operational efficiency.

You may be a strong fit if you

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Have hands-on expertise in Node.js, Spring Boot, or .NET, including application design, development, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Possess experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL), and enterprise system integrations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cloud, hybrid-cloud, and on-premises environments, with exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Have experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms such as ELK, Datadog, Zabbix, Nagios, or similar tools.
• Exhibit strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, particularly in production environments.
• Collaborate effectively across development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and operations teams, while demonstrating ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
