业务介绍
我们团队负责 Zoom Contact Center（ZCC）核心平台的研发与建设。ZCC 是 Zoom 在客户体验（CX）领域的重要产品，致力于为企业提供稳定、高效、智能的客户服务解决方案，支持语音、在线聊天、消息、AI 助手等多种客户交互场景。
团队主要负责构建大规模分布式服务平台，支撑企业级客户高并发、实时通信与数据处理需求，并持续探索 AI 技术在客户服务场景中的应用，提升客服效率与客户体验。
岗位职责
产品共建与用户价值挖掘
与产品经理紧密协作，深入理解用户需求与业务目标，主动挖掘用户痛点。
跨团队协作，推动关键功能的设计与落地，打造高质量、优秀用户体验的产品功能。
技术驱动业务问题解决
在项目实施过程中发现业务流程与技术实现中的瓶颈问题，提出创新性的技术解决方案。
持续优化功能实现效率、系统性能与运维体验，为业务增长提供技术支撑。
系统架构优化与前瞻性设计
分析当前系统架构中的潜在问题，结合未来业务发展趋势，提出合理的优化方案。
与架构组、平台团队协作，推动系统在可维护性、可扩展性和稳定性上的持续演进。
软件开发全流程能力要求
具备良好的系统设计能力，能够进行模块划分、接口定义及技术选型。
编写高质量、可维护、可测试的代码，遵循工程规范和代码审查流程。
具备快速定位复杂问题根因的能力，熟悉主流日志与诊断工具。
具备良好的单元测试、集成测试编写习惯，理解自动化测试流程并积极参与质量保障。
安全与隐私保障意识
理解现代软件开发中常见的安全风险（如数据泄露、权限控制、注入攻击等），具备相应的防护意识与能力。
在设计与开发过程中遵循公司安全与隐私合规要求，确保产品符合 GDPR、CCPA 等国际法规要求。 任职要求
基本信息：
年龄：不限
学历：全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先
专业技能：
具备丰富的大规模分布式系统开发经验，精通微服务架构，并熟练掌握 Spring Cloud、Dubbo 等主流框架，对 JVM 机制有深入理解。拥有 SaaS 产品或 Contact Center 相关经验者优先。
熟悉高并发、高可用架构设计，精通多线程、异步处理、缓存策略等优化方法，具备复杂业务系统的开发与设计经验。拥有知名科技公司大流量、高并发业务场景的实战经验者优先。
精通数据库设计与优化，熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL、Redis、DynamoDB 等主流数据库技术。
具备丰富的 API 设计与系统集成经验，精通 RESTful API 设计规范，熟悉 RPC 框架及其应用。
熟悉操作系统基础原理，包括进程管理、内存管理、文件系统、系统调用及进程间通信等机制。精通 TCP/IP 协议，具备对网络协议栈的深层次理解。
具备云计算（AWS、OCI、Azure）经验，熟悉容器化技术（Kubernetes、Docker）。拥有相关实践经验者优先。
