Software Development Leader

• Define and lead the technical vision and architecture of digital and artificial intelligence initiatives to support business modernization, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Design and deliver technology solutions in collaboration with business teams, translating operational needs into robust and scalable technical solutions.
• Establish standards and best practices for software development, integration, testing, deployment, documentation, security, and operational support.
• Support the development, industrialization, and deployment of AI, automation, and emerging technology solutions while ensuring their responsible and secure use.
• Provide technical direction, estimates, resource planning, and roadmaps to ensure the efficient delivery of solutions.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the digital transformation technology strategy, assess the maturity of development practices, and implement performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
