As Manager, Software Development, you will lead developers building systems that capture online mentions for Agility’s media intelligence platform. Set technical direction for crawling, collection, and mention matching while supporting AI workflows, tools, and Agents. Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Content Partnerships, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead developers and set clear goals and expectations
- Define architecture for crawling and collection systems
- Monitor coverage, accuracy, latency, uptime, and data quality
- Oversee incident response and root-cause analysis
- Review designs, code, and technical solutions
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years in software development and large-scale data pipelines
- Two-plus years managing or leading software developers
- Strong Java or similar type-safe language background
- Distributed systems experience with queues or streaming platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
