Software Development Manager - FinTech

In this role you will lead a software development team in a fast-growing omnichannel payments company, owning the end-to-end software lifecycle and shaping architecture and technical direction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class code and drive innovation in a technologically advanced environment. • Lead and manage a 10–15 person software development team
• Drive architecture and technical strategy
• Own full software development lifecycle
• Implement or promote Agile/Scrum practices

• Conduct hands-on coding in Python while guiding the team

• Strong background in Python development
• Experience managing software development teams
