Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software development, including substantial expertise in Salesforce Industry Cloud and Vlocity solutions at a technical leadership level Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Industry Cloud and Vlocity solutions to achieve organizational goals
- Architect and optimize Omnistudio components such as Omniscripts, Flexcards, Dataraptors, and Integration Procedures for scalable, maintainable applications
- Mentor and manage a team of developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to Salesforce Industry Cloud best practices
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver innovative business solutions
- Configure and customize Industry Console, Matrices, and Calculation Procedures to support complex business processes
- Oversee Omnistudio Project Explorer and IDX Workbench usage for efficient development, deployment, and version control
- Monitor application performance using Omni Analytics and implement enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency
- Resolve technical issues across Salesforce Industry Cloud and Vlocity modules promptly and effectively

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
- Vlocity Platform Developer Certification
