Software Development Manager ( Temenos, Digital Channels, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Banking, TAP, TCMB, Azure)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support digital banking solutions across Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Wealth Management platforms.
• Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Temenos digital banking applications to meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop scalable backend services and enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot-based technologies.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices to support seamless integration with internal and external banking systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure and high-performing banking solutions.
• Configure, customize, and support Temenos Channels, Transact, UXP, and related digital banking platforms.
• Integrate banking applications with third-party systems, payment gateways, authentication services, and enterprise platforms.
• Participate in solution design, technical documentation, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and compliance with banking industry standards.
• Support cloud-based deployments, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives for digital banking applications.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in digital banking application development and implementation.
• Strong experience in Temenos Digital Banking products, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Wealth Management, and Transact.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and enterprise application development.
• Strong experience in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Temenos Web Services, IRIS APIs, UXP, Design Studio, and authentication solutions.
• Experience in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment, CI/CD practices, and version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
• Experience integrating banking platforms with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities with experience working in global banking environments.
