We're Hiring: Software Development Manager!
We're looking for a Software Development Manager who can lead our engineering team to build and scale the system — and drive the integration of AI into the core of what we ship.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the Software Development team across planning, system design, and development
- Define engineering standards, code review processes, and development best practices
- Design and evaluate scalable, maintainable system architecture for our applications
- Drive AI/ML adoption into our products and the team's development workflow
- Collaborate with the IT System Integrator, Product Owner, and cross-functional stakeholders on product roadmap
- Manage team capacity, task allocation, and the career growth of your engineers
- Ensure delivery quality through structured testing, QA, and code review processes
- Monitor production systems and lead resolution of critical incidents
- Initiate and oversee implementation of generative AI features across the product
- Own recruitment, onboarding, and capability development of the Software Development team
- Report development progress and present updates to BOD and management

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM
- 5+ years in software development, with the last 2 years as Senior Developer or Tech Lead
- Proven experience leading a development team (3+ people)
- Strong command of at least one backend language: Golang, Python, or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience using AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or equivalent) in real projects
- Able to build or integrate RAG pipelines for document-based or knowledge systems
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering and model evaluation for enterprise applications
- Experience designing microservices architecture and REST/gRPC APIs
- Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch)
- Familiar with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- No minimum education requirement — your track record matters more than your degree
