Our client in the shipping and logistics space is looking for a Software Development Team Lead (Java) to join their team. This is a well established, technology driven organization building large scale internal and customer facing applications that directly support core business operations. They invest heavily in modern engineering practices, Agile delivery, and long-term platform stability rather than quick fixes. The culture values mentorship, thoughtful architecture, and leaders who empower teams to do their best work. *This role is 5 days onsite in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin*\n \n \n They are looking for a candidate to manage and guide a small, high-impact team of developers. This role is intentionally not hands-on, but requires deep Java knowledge to steer architecture decisions, coach engineers, and remove roadblocks.
