We are looking for a Software Development Team Leader “SaudiNational” to guide team development efforts towards successful projectdelivery.Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain highstandards of software quality within the team by establishing good practicesand habits. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within theteam.

Responsibilities

• Guide teamdevelopment efforts towards successful project delivery.
• Providetechnical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Maintainhigh standards of software quality within the team by establishing goodpractices and habits.
• Identify andencourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Collaborate withother software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan,design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based businessapplications built on Microsoft technologies.
• Assist inthe collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of userstories, estimates and work plans.
• Preparereports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation andmaintenance of software.
• Design,develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Participatein peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Package andsupport deployment of releases. Work with teammates in the migration of legacyapplications to current Microsoft technologies.
• Develop,refine, and tune integrations between applications.
• Analyze andresolve technical and application problems.
• Assessopportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentationof rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
• Adhere tohigh-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
• Providethird-level support to business users.
• Research andevaluate a variety of software products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree in computer science or related degree.
• FreshGraduate or out of work for more than 3 months.
