Software Development Trainee (Full Stack Path)
Summary
Trainee position growing into a Full Stack Developer: building internal tools, business automations, dashboards, and CRM systems using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, plus AI workflows via OpenAI API and Cursor. Mentorship provided; commercial experience not required.
We are looking for a trainee in Software Development who wants to grow into a Full Stack Developer. You should be a self-motivated person, eager to learn and apply modern technologies (including AI) to build real solutions for the company. You will work on internal tools, automations, and custom software across front-end and back-end: user interfaces, APIs, databases, integrations, and deployments.
You won’t know everything on day one, but you will learn quickly. Expect to contribute to real company projects within your first months. You will work closely with experienced developers and receive mentorship. Over time, you will take ownership of tasks and grow into an independent engineer. This is a long-term opportunity and a career path, not just an internship.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal tools, business automation solutions, dashboards, and CRM systems.
Build user interfaces using React and develop backend services with Node.js.
Design database structures and write queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Integrate third-party APIs and implement AI workflows using the OpenAI API and AI-assisted tools like Cursor.
Participate in basic DevOps and deployment activities (Git, GitHub, deployment platforms).
Collaborate with experienced developers, receive mentorship, and gradually take ownership of end-to-end features.
Requirements
Must-have:
Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript and core web development principles (frontend & backend basics).
Strong motivation to learn fast, adapt, and grow professionally.
Desire to build a long-term career in Full Stack Development.
Will be a plus:
Experience with React or Node.js (pet projects, coursework, or self-study).
Practical understanding of REST APIs and database concepts.
Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
Not required:
Commercial software development experience.
Fluent / perfect English.
Full mastery of the entire tech stack from day one.
