Summary
Develops and tests embedded software for industrial equipment, provides on-site customer support, and coordinates deployments with cross-functional teams.
- Design software according to project requirements in compliance with company design and quality standards.
- Test and support software built.
- Manage design and control aspects of projects while working within a cross-functional team environment.
- Provide software support for new and existing equipment by providing on-site, meeting, phone, and email support.
- Assist with equipment start up and validation.
- Work with customers directly to coordinate deployment, validation and resolve specification clarity.
- Respective Domain understanding
- BSCS, BSEE or BSCE Degree
- C++ or C# Language proficiency
- Object Oriented proficiency
- 3 Years of related work experience
- Ability to work directly with customers.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10-30%)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers using tact and diplomacy.
