Summary

New-grad software engineer joining Greenboard's engineering team full-time in Summer 2027 to own features end to end from the first weeks. Work spans AI agents for insider-trading detection, message archiving at tens of millions of messages/day, and the data infrastructure beneath them, built with Node.js, Python, and AWS.

ABOUT GREENBOARD

At Greenboard, we're building the future of financial compliance. Greenboard is the unified, AI-native compliance operating system for RIAs, fintechs, private funds, hedge funds, and more. It replaces the fragmented mix of legacy tools and automates more than previously possible. By centralizing data and workflows, Greenboard helps firms reduce regulatory risk, simplify their technology stack, modernize how they run compliance, and save money.

Our founding team includes engineers who have scaled products at Amazon, Google, and multiple unicorn startups. We're backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, Base10, and other top-tier investors, and have raised over $20M to date. Brand-name financial institutions already rely on Greenboard, and we're growing fast.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll join the engineering team full-time in Summer 2027 and start shipping to production in your first weeks. The problems are real ones: building AI agents to detect insider trading, scaling message archiving systems that handle tens of millions of messages per day, and designing the data infrastructure underneath both.

This is not a rotational program and there is no training track. You'll own features end to end, talk to customers about what you're building, and get direct feedback from engineers who have scaled products at Amazon, Google, and multiple unicorn startups. Early engineers here have a real say in how the product gets built.
