Software Developer – eGate Project
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Location: Joo Koon Office
Job Responsibilities
Develop, integrate and maintain software applications for eGate systems.
Work with different teams, vendors and third-party technology providers to support system development and integration.
Perform software integration, testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
Support system integration, onsite testing and commissioning when required.
Work with APIs, databases and various hardware/devices as part of the project.
Participate in technical discussions and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in software development using C#, C++, Java, Python or other programming languages.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software development principles.
Experience with APIs, databases and software integration.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Familiarity with Git or other source-control systems.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willing to work with different teams, vendors and third-party technology providers.
Willing to support system integration, testing and onsite commissioning when required.
