We are looking for a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our development team. You will be involved in developing and enhancing backend services and web applications, troubleshooting system issues, and delivering scalable solutions that support millions of users.
You will work closely with Business Analysts, business teams, and service desk teams to understand requirements, solve technical challenges, and continuously improve our systems.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our development team. You will be involved in developing and enhancing backend services and web applications, troubleshooting system issues, and delivering scalable solutions that support millions of users.
You will work closely with Business Analysts, business teams, and service desk teams to understand requirements, solve technical challenges, and continuously improve our systems.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve system issues, troubleshoot problems, and fix bugs.
Design, develop, and implement new system features.
Write clean, high-quality code and develop unit, functional, and end-to-end tests.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and business teams to analyse user requirements and propose practical technical solutions or workarounds.
Support the Service Desk team by handling escalated technical issues, questions, and requests.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Contribute to system performance, scalability, stability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in software development.
Strong experience in C# and ASP.NET MVC for backend development.
Strong JavaScript skills with experience in Bootstrap 4/5 or other web frameworks.
Experience in cloud development.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with large-scale web services, system internals, and networking.
Good understanding of system performance, scalability, and stability.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and design solutions for system growth and reliability.
