Software Engineer

Develop and implement scalable applications and solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements.
Analyze business and functional requirements and convert them into practical and efficient technical solutions.
Take ownership of technical design, development, integration, and testing activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Incorporate industry best practices, standardized methodologies, and established design patterns throughout the development lifecycle.
Partner with business users, developers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver new functionalities and address technical issues promptly.
Lead requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs and recommend optimized solutions.
Prepare and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and configuration records.
Support technology assessments and contribute to application roadmaps, strategic planning, and future system improvements.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
A minimum of five years of experience in software development, application support, or a combination of both.
Hands-on experience supporting SaaS-based applications and coordinating with external vendors or service providers.
Strong technical knowledge of Java and related technologies, including Spring, WebFlux (preferred), GraphQL, OData, and RESTful APIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, with proven experience in requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
A highly motivated and independent individual who demonstrates strong ownership and can effectively manage deadlines.
