Software Engineer - Advanced Analytics & Big Data

As we expand our business, we need to hire new consultants. People with critical thinking, willingness to learn, a high sense of accountability and commitment to goals.

Requirements:

• Degree on a relevant area for the job - Engineering, Informatics, Systems, Mathematics
• Strong aptitude for learning new data technologies and willing to work in with messaging patterns
• Experienced in the design, development and release of enterprise scale applications
• We highly value strong knowledge on:
  • Distributed computing
  • Data processing frameworks like Apache Storm, Apache Spark, Apache Camel, Apache Flink, DataFlow or kafka-connect
  • Core Hadoop technologies (e.g. Spark (Streaming), Kafka, HBase, HDFS, …)

• We value knowledge on:
  • Programming background with languages such as Java, Scala, or Python
  • Relational and non-relational databases or other storage types (e.g.: S3, Blob, ADLS, GCS, …)
  • Messaging brokers like RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, ZeroMQ
  • DevOps
  • Fluent on english language
