About the role

As a Software Engineer, you will build and ship features on live client products, writing production code every day across Python, React and mobile. You will work alongside senior engineers and tech leads, and develop your skills in agentic engineering from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Feature development. Build features end to end across UI, APIs and data.
• Agentic engineering. Contribute to LLM-driven features, with hands-on guidance from senior engineers.
• Code quality. Write tested, maintainable code and take part in code review.
• Production support. Diagnose and fix production issues, and address their root cause.

What you bring

• 2–4 years in software engineering, hands-on
• Python
• React
• Hands-on experience building with an LLM API, professionally or independently

Preferred qualifications

• Mobile app development, ideally React Native
• Applications deployed to AWS, Azure or GCP
• Daily use of AI engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor or Copilot
• Personal projects or open-source contributions
• Salesforce development experience
