Software Engineer (AI Agent)

Job Description:

As a Full Stack Software Engineer (AI Agent), you will build AI-powered solutions and AI agents that create business value. You will leverage LLMs, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, RAG, and agent frameworks to develop intelligent applications and bring them into production.

Working in an Agile/DevOps team, you will develop backend services, APIs, and web applications, while leveraging AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI-powered applications and AI agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and RAG.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and web applications that support AI solutions.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise platforms and business systems.
• Use AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) as part of your daily development workflow.
• Contribute to Agile delivery, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, testing, and operations teams to deliver business value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and working knowledge of Python (preferred for AI development).
• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications or AI agents, including LLM integration, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, or RAG.
• Proficient with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Understanding of microservice architecture and backend development frameworks such as Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, learning agility, and teamwork mindset.
• Good written and spoken English.
