About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and technically strong AI Developer with 0 to 2 years of experience who has excellent coding fundamentals and a keen interest in building AI-powered applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of programming languages, application development, and problem-solving, along with hands-on experience or familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude, Emergent, and ChatGPT. The candidate should be capable of converting ideas and business requirements into functional applications using traditional programming and modern AI development tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using modern
• development tools and technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Use programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript tobuild applications and integrate AI capabilities.
• Work with AI platforms such as Claude, Emergent, OpenAI, and other emerging AI technologies.
• Convert business requirements and ideas into functional prototypes and working applications.
• Explore and implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), APIs, and AI automation solutions.
• Integrate AI models, third-party APIs, and backend services into applications.
• Develop and work with frontend and backend components as required.
• Test, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Experiment with AI-assisted coding and application-building tools to accelerate development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative technology solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and software development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in AI development, software development, application development, or a related field.
• B.Tech/B.E. AND MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related discipline.
• Strong coding knowledge and programming fundamentals are mandatory.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python,
• JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented
• programming (OOP), and debugging.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, frontend development, backend development, and databases is an advantage.
• Understanding of REST APIs, API integration, JSON, and basic software architecture.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with Claude Or OpenAI OR Emergent is highly preferred.
• Ability to use AI tools to build, test, and improve functional applications.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates with personal projects, AI prototypes, GitHub repositories, or deployed applications will have an added advantage.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or similar
• languages.
• AI Tools: Claude, Emergent, ChatGPT, and other AI-assisted development platforms.
• AI Technologies: Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI APIs.
• Development Concepts: Data structures, algorithms, OOP, debugging, and software development fundamentals.
• Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, frontend/backend development, and RESTAPIs.
• Additional Advantage: Git/GitHub, SQL or NoSQL databases, cloud
• deployment, and AI automation tools.
