Software Engineer (AI Document Generation)

• In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to design and scale systems that improve the speed, quality, and reliability of document generation. It’s a high-ownership environment focused on real user impact, where your work directly contributes to helping victims receive fair compensation
• Enhance EvenUp’s AI-native document generation workflows and build systems to improve quality, reliability, and customer outcomes
• Design and implement end-to-end AI-powered features, integrating LLMs with existing SaaS systems and shipping production-ready solutions
• Build and maintain systems to evaluate performance, accuracy, and reliability of core deliverables
• Establish best practices for architecture, coding, and delivery across services, APIs, and user-facing features
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership to deliver high-impact features and evolve core products
• Contribute to the evolution of core products at the forefront of applied AI

• Proven ability to design and ship scalable, production-grade systems, including APIs and distributed systems
• Experience owning projects end-to-end in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments
• Strong software development experience, with hands-on expertise in Python or languages such as Go, Java, Node.js, or C++
• Bonus: Experience with AI, legal tech, or social impact–driven products
