About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer (AI Platform & Backend) with 4+ years of experience in building scalable AI-powered applications, backend systems, and cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in AI frameworks, event-driven architectures, AWS cloud services, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-powered backend applications and platform services.
  

• Build, optimize, and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using modern AI frameworks.
  

• Develop backend engines and distributed systems for high-performance AI applications.
  

• Design and implement event-driven architectures and event processing pipelines.
  

• Integrate referral sidecars and backend services to improve system scalability and reliability.
  

• Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS.
  

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and delivery.
  

• Implement secrets management, monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
  

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software.
  

• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  

• 4+ years of experience in backend software development.
  

• Strong experience designing and developing scalable, cloud-native applications.
  

• Hands-on experience with AI application development using LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG architectures.
  

• Experience working with AWS cloud services, containerized deployments, and modern DevOps practices.
  

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and backend integration patterns.
  

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience building enterprise AI platforms and Generative AI solutions.
  

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration.
  

• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and infrastructure automation.
  

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
