At Air Liquide Healthcare, we deliver world-class medical gases, homecare solutions, and patient-first services. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team as the primary technical specialist supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our business-critical systems.
Reporting directly to the Digital & IT Manager, you will play a hands-on role in keeping our ERP, database environment, and reporting systems running seamlessly while supporting upcoming global IT initiatives.
What You'll Do
ERP & Systems Support: Act as the main point of contact for internal IT and system issues, maintaining and monitoring MS Dynamics GP to ensure high availability.
Database & Automation: Maintain SQL databases, build custom queries, views, and stored procedures, and automate workflows using PowerShell, APIs, CSV, and JSON.
Integrations & Reporting: Support API integrations, data imports/exports, and assist with Power BI dashboards and custom business reports.
Vendor & Global Collaboration: Coordinate support tickets, server updates, and patching with external IT vendors, and collaborate with Global IT on future ERP projects.
What We're Looking For
Essential: Proven experience with MS Dynamics Great Plains (GP).
Essential: Strong SQL Database Administration and custom reporting skills, alongside core programming experience.
Technical Integration: Experience with APIs, data integrations, and format handling (CSV, XML, JSON).
Bonus: Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development.
Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work autonomously.
