About the Role:

As Software Engineer you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that drive our projects forward. You will collaborate closely with other engineers to gather requirements, solve technical challenges, and ensure high-quality deliverables. In this role, you will lead development initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to our software refresh and extension projects.

Job Descriptions:

• Analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and load testing, and compile reports.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for developed modules.
• Ensure software development aligns with client requirements and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence
• Follow standards development from client.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills; able to analyze and resolve issues with minimal supervision from seniors.
• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JS/TS, and minimal one modern framework (React.js / Vue.js / Angular).
• Backend: Minimal one backend stack (Node.js (Express/NestJS) / Laravel / Java Spring Boot).
• Database & ORM: PostgreSQL / MySQL (strong in SQL, indexing, relational design) and familiar with ORMs (Prisma, Sequelize, TypeORM, Eloquent, etc.).
• API: Deep understanding of REST API, JSON, and robust Authentication & Authorization mechanisms.
• Solid grasp of software architecture (MVC, Layered, basic Clean Architecture).
• Performance optimization knowledge (query optimization, caching, pagination, async processing).
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, secure APIs, and basic Unit & Integration testing.
• Capable of end-to-end debugging (Frontend, Backend, and Database).
• Experience in integrating third-party APIs (Payment Gateways, Notifications, Storage, etc.).
• Familiar with Linux, Docker, environment configuration, and basic CI/CD.
• Proficient in Git workflow (branching, merge/rebase, PRs) and Agile/Scrum methodologies using Jira/Trello.
• Able to write clear Technical and API Documentation.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure / Alibaba Cloud).
