Software Engineer (APIs)
Summary
You’ll manage partner onboarding, API integrations, and production support for data-sharing platforms, troubleshooting REST APIs and ensuring smooth system deployments in an Agile environment.
We are partnered with an established organisation that manage data-sharing platforms and digital interfaces. You will oversee end-to-end partner onboarding, system integration testing, API connectivity, and tier-2/3 production support in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate full-cycle client and ecosystem partner onboarding, including test execution (SIT/UAT) and production release deployments.
Oversee REST API connectivity, diagnosing transaction flows, logs, and system metrics to resolve integration issues.
Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring minimal service disruption and timely stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with DevOps, Product Managers, and software teams to maintain operational runbooks, security compliance (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001), and SOPs.
Drive operational efficiency by leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to optimize testing and support workflows.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in Operations Engineering, Production Support, or API Integration Support in an Agile environment.
Strong hands-on proficiency with REST APIs, payload analysis, and tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
Solid background in coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Working knowledge of AWS cloud environments, monitoring tools, and ITIL-based incident management practices.
