Minimum Qualifications
- Foundational programming knowledge in one or more modern languages such as Java, Swift, Go, Rust, or C#
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design patterns)
- Familiarity with database concepts (Relational, NoSQL)
- An interest in security and awareness of common security principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to DevOps concepts, cloud architectures, or containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker) - through coursework, personal projects, or internships
- Awareness of observability and monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, Grafana)
- Hands-on experience with using AI for development and/or building AI-based tool
- Eagerness to build relationships with colleagues across different functions
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to ask questions and share ideas
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Final-year students or recent graduates (up to 1 year post-graduation) are encouraged to apply. Relevant internship, placement, or personal project experience is valued.
