Software Engineer, Associate

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Software Engineer – Associate to join our Financials & Supply Management (FSM) product engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality software that powers enterprise-grade SaaS solutions used by customers globally. You will work on modern Java-based technology stacks while leveraging emerging AI technologies to enhance productivity across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers (1–3 years) who are eager to grow in a fast-paced product environment, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to building intelligent, scalable, and customer-focused FSM applications.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and robust Java-based applications for the FSM product suite.
  • Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate SDLC activities such as code generation, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Product Management, QA, and UX — to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
  • Continuously improve existing systems and processes through innovative thinking and AI-driven automation.
  • Engage in agile software development practices (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Champion a culture of performance, reliability, and security across the product lifecycle.
  • 1–3 years of solid hands-on experience in building enterprise applications using Java/J2EE.
  • Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
  • Experience with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring Boot, REST APIs, web services).
  • Exposure to AI tools/frameworks used in development workflows (e.g., code assistants, prompt engineering, automation tools).
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Experience or exposure to building enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI/GenAI capabilities in SDLC (e.g., automated testing, code generation, documentation).
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Awareness of Financials / Supply Management / ERP domain concepts is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn, adopt new technologies, and contribute to innovation initiatives.
