- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and robust Java-based applications for the FSM product suite.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate SDLC activities such as code generation, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Product Management, QA, and UX — to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
- Continuously improve existing systems and processes through innovative thinking and AI-driven automation.
- Engage in agile software development practices (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Champion a culture of performance, reliability, and security across the product lifecycle.
- 1–3 years of solid hands-on experience in building enterprise applications using Java/J2EE.
- Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
- Experience with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring Boot, REST APIs, web services).
- Exposure to AI tools/frameworks used in development workflows (e.g., code assistants, prompt engineering, automation tools).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Experience or exposure to building enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI/GenAI capabilities in SDLC (e.g., automated testing, code generation, documentation).
- Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Awareness of Financials / Supply Management / ERP domain concepts is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn, adopt new technologies, and contribute to innovation initiatives.
