Key Responsibilities
- ERP Integration Management: Lead the integration of Next ERP software with existing systems and processes across departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and workflows. Develop and implement integration strategies and timelines
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Address any technical issues that arise during the integration process. Provide ongoing support for software-related challenges and ensure minimal disruption to operations. Monitor the performance of integrated systems and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Software Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update and maintain the Next ERP software to ensure optimal functionality. Identify and implement process improvements based on user feedback and industry best practices. Stay informed about new software updates and evaluate their applicability to company operations.
- Application Development: Collaborate with teams to design and develop applications that enhance business processes. Assist in the digitalization of workflows and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency. Ensure that applications align with company objectives and user needs.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training to employees on new software features and integration processes. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration procedures and user guides. Support departments in adapting to new systems and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP software integration and management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems like NEXT ERP, software applications, and integration methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages and application development (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
- Experience with database management and data migration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
