- Integration Development: Design, build, and manage system integrations and automation workflows primarily using Microsoft Azure Logic Apps to streamline operations and improve efficiency across departments.
- Scripting and Development: Utilize PowerShell, Python, Java, and other scripting languages to develop scripts and applications that support IT operations, automate processes, and integrate systems.
- Monitoring and Automation: Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of IT systems. Automate routine tasks to enhance productivity and reduce manual intervention.
- Microsoft & Third-Party Platforms: Leverage the Microsoft automation stack (Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate) alongside third-party integration and cloud platforms such as Zapier, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deploy, manage, and optimize automation solutions. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across integrated services.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT departments to understand their tooling needs and provide solutions that align with organizational goals. Offer technical support and training as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integrations, configurations, and processes. Generate reports to provide insights into system performance and usage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in IT tooling, monitoring, and integration.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for scripting and development.
- Experience with business automation tools like: Zapier, MS Power Automate, etc
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and system administration.
- Experience with IT monitoring tools and platforms (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of IAM principles and practices.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and system administration.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
