Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to understand business challenges and design technical solutions.
• Develop, test, and release software solutions that address end-to-end problems within the business domain.
• Deliver incremental improvements through small and continuous releases aligned with engineering standards.
• Build scalable backend systems while ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum three years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience working in environments that follow modern engineering practices such as Extreme Programming, Lean development, and Continuous Delivery.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Golang.
• Experience implementing automated testing with strong focus on end-to-end quality.
• Knowledge of distributed systems architecture including microservices, event-driven systems, and RESTful services.
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with trunk-based development and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
