Software Engineer — Backend, Platform & DevOps

Compensation: $20k – $30k • 30.0% – 30.0%

## About the Role We’re looking for a **DevOps Engineer** to build and manage the infrastructure behind our engineering and digital workflows. You’ll work across **backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines** to ensure our platform is reliable, scalable, and production-ready. ## Responsibilities * Deploy and manage backend services and APIs * Build and maintain cloud infrastructure * Set up CI/CD pipelines * Manage servers, containers, and networking * Configure Nginx, DNS, SSL, and system security * Monitor system performance, logs, and uptime * Troubleshoot production issues * Automate infrastructure and workflows ## Requirements * **3+ years experience in DevOps / backend / infrastructure** * Strong Linux and server management skills * Experience with **Docker, CI/CD, Git** * Experience with **Nginx, networking, DNS, SSL** * Familiarity with **cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, etc.)** * Experience with **databases (PostgreSQL, Redis)** * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills * **Spanish required** * **Advanced English required** ## Nice to Have * Backend experience (Python, Node.js, APIs) * Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) * AI / LLM / data pipeline experience ## What You’ll Get * Remote, international team * High ownership and autonomy * Opportunity to build real production systems * Work at the intersection of engineering + technology
