We\'re helping a fast-growing AI startup is looking for a Backend Software Engineer to help build and scale an enterprise-grade automation platform for complex, decision-heavy processes.
You’ll join a core engineering team working on scalable, event-driven systems that power reliable and auditable AI applications. This platform focuses on enabling enterprises to automate complex, decision-heavy processes with reliability, auditability, and full operational control.
Responsibilities
- Build APIs and backend services using Go (or Python)
- Design event-driven architectures with Kafka
- Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and cloud databases
- Develop microservices with Docker and Kubernetes
- Integrate AI and LLM-driven components
- Support CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring
Qualifications
- Strong backend experience in cloud environments
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Kafka and event-driven architecture experience
- Solid database knowledge (SQL & NoSQL)
- Comfort with modern DevOps workflows
